Autodesk Forma is an AECO industry cloud rather than a single monolithic application. Forma Data Management provides the shared data foundation, while Forma Build, Takeoff, and Design Collaboration address project execution, preconstruction, and model coordination. Autodesk Construction Cloud adopted the Forma name in March 2026.
It is especially compelling when design and VDC teams already work in Revit and Navisworks. Buyers should map required workflows to exact products and entitlements, because the Forma brand alone does not define what every user can access.
