At a glance

What OpenSpace does

OpenSpace Capture turns a routine site walk into a location-aware visual record. Teams can return to the same point on different dates, inspect conditions remotely, add notes, compare the site with BIM, and give outside parties a controlled view without sorting thousands of photos by hand.

The base capture product and the progress-analysis products should not be treated as one feature bundle. Progress Track introduces model, quantity, and schedule requirements; teams should pilot the intended trades and confirm processing time, measurement rules, and schedule mapping before using its percentages commercially.

Pricing visibilityContact sales

OpenSpace prices by annual construction volume rather than users or captures. Core and Enterprise packages and optional products should be itemized in the quote.

Before the demo

What stands out, and what to pin down

What stands out on paper

  • A routine walk creates an organized visual record with little manual filing
  • Unlimited users and captures in the published subscription model
  • Useful context can be shared across field, office, design, and owner teams

Questions for the vendor

  • A complete record still depends on compatible hardware, good plan setup, and regular capture routes
  • Progress Track must be scoped separately and validated against the project’s trades, model, and schedule
  • Annual subscriptions have a stated $10,000 minimum

Integrations

Named connections

ProcoreAutodesk Construction CloudReviztoPrimavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, and Excel schedule inputs for Progress Track

An integration name alone does not tell you which records move, in which direction, or how often. Ask to see the exact workflow you need using representative data.
